Board-certified Radiologist Dr. Kevin Kearney founded TeleMammography USA as a response to the widespread organization delays, communication gaps, failed inspections, and workflow congestion he experienced during his decades-long tenure working as a radiologist and cancer center director.
In TeleMammography USA, he has created a multifaceted solution for facility inefficiencies, drawing on his extensive clinical background, passion for innovative technology, superior systems analysis, and keen business acumen. Through accountability, continuity of care, and a dedication to optimizing women’s healthcare, Dr. Kearney is changing the industry paradigm for the better.
Meet Dr. Kevin Kearney
Shifting the Paradigm
to Transform the Healthcare System
Dr. Kearney founded TeleMammography USA in 2020 and has since been working directly with breast surgeons and healthcare facilities throughout the country, including those in California, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, and Florida.
He currently assists part-time at the District Medical Group contracting with Valleywise Health Centers in the Greater Phoenix Area, providing coverage for all facets of breast imaging, including screening/diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and breast MRIs.
As part of his role, Dr. Kearney trains Radiology Residents and Medical Students from Creighton University Medical School and visiting Radiology Fellows from the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Dr. Kearney is licensed throughout the United States, is MQSA-qualified, and has consistently completed CME breast imaging courses over the last two decades to stay current on the latest research and best practices.
Through TeleMammography USA, Dr. Kearney draws on his clinical expertise to provide radiology reports for screening/diagnostic mammograms as well as screening/diagnostic breast ultrasounds and breast MRIs. His administrative staff has decades of experience with all facets of breast imaging, including Annual State Inspections and FDA Accreditation.
Dr. Kearney uses a state-of-the-art PACS that can handle large volumes of digital imaging information (3D Mammograms) and works with a mammography tracking system that creates BI-RADS letters for your facility on a daily basis. The letters can be delivered in both English and Spanish.
